Who is Apidojo ideal user?Anyone whose work is about creating and consuming APIs, either internally or from external providers.
What's Apidojo value prop compared to other platforms/apps?We embrace simplicity and effectiveness. We go way beyond mocking API endpoints, we provide a fully fledged solution that allows our users to prototype, test and develop real world API scenarios.
Which countries does Apidojo serve?We aim to serve as many professionals as possible, all over the globe. Unless you reside in the few countries that felt under international sanction, we believe you can enjoy using Apidojo.
What's Apidojo referral policy?If you can help us onboarding new accounts, we will gratefully reward you with a one-time commission per account which will be deducted from your billing. Contact us at hey@apidojo.com whenever someone registered based on the words you spread, we will link you to their account.
Can I resell Apidojo?We are 100% open to any business opportunities, so if you think you can promote the platform in your country, city, social or professional circle; then we will be glad to collaborate with you. You will be considered as an independent sales representative or a partner sales agency. Then you get paid a percentage commission on every account you can onboard OR you can bulk purchase seats in the platform at a discount and resell these with a decent margin, OR you can negociate an exclusivity representation in a geographic area. Can my organization whitelabel Apidojo?We are currently toying with that idea under the PARTNER program. If you have some interesting ideas and leads, please reach out to our email hey@apidojo.com

Data security

Is my organization data safe at Apidojo?We aim to attain a very high level of trustability when handling and storing our customers data. We only collect the minimum informations about your members and business. We ensure your working data is not shared to anyone else, and make regular dumps to ensure no critical data is lost. Anytime our staff need to access your organization account, we will explicitly ask you to grant that permission from within the Settings (see Debug user access authorization), and ensure you close that off whenever our intervention is done.
Is Apidojo GDPR/CCPA compliant?Yes we are.

Payments and Billing

I don't have access to credit card payment, can I still use Apidojo?Indeed you can, just choose one of the many alternatives in your subscription section. We gladly accept bank wires, although you'll have to subscribe to the quartely or yearly billing cycle in that case.
Can I get some refund?Technically speaking, we provide you a pre-renewal period of 7 to 14 days on each billing cycle, where you decide or not to continue your subscription. Past that period, we ask you an explicit confirmation which marks the subsequent payment as non-refundable.
I or my team/organization don't use Apidojo for a period, do you still charge us for that iddle period?Nope, we only charge for effective usage, either platform usage or CLI usage. We will automatically detect an idle billing period on your account, then we charge zero amount in the period invoice. The billing be automatically restarted whenever you or anyone in your team/organization begins to reuse the platform. We will notify you on each of these events: on pausing and on restarting billing.
I and my team/organization don't use Apidojo anymore, can I transfer account?Legally speaking, you cannot transfer your organization account due to GDPR/CCPA and customer data privacy handling. We will just stop billing you in that case, which is reversible whenever anyone in your team restart the usage. We advise you indeed to refer Apidojo to any other people or organizations, then you can be eligible to our referral program, which can be deducted from your next invoices.
