3.1 Fees: Certain features or functionalities of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified on our website or as otherwise communicated to you. All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel it before the renewal date. We may change the subscription fees or terms upon notice to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
